معاهده بلژیک با رژیم اسلامی ایران برای مبادله زندانیان، تبانی، مشروعیت بخشیدن و تشویق به گروگانگیری توسط یک رژیم تروریستی است!
ما از همه افراد و سازمان‌های بشردوست می‌خواهیم که فوراً بر دولت بلژیک فشار بیاورند تا از طرح پیشنهادی خود برای تصویب معاهده موسوم به معاوضه زندانیان با رژیم اسلامی ایران صرف‌نظر کند.
دولت‌ها و پارلمان‌های اتحادیه اروپا، از جمله بلژیک، باید از تصویب سیاست‌ها و موافقت‌نامه‌هایی برای مشروعیت بخشیدن به گروگانگیری و تروریسم دولتی توسط رژیم اسلامی دست بکشند.
ده ها تبعه خارجی و دوتابعیتی از جمله شهروندان بلژیکی توسط رژیم اسلامی ایران بازداشت، شکنجه و زندانی شده اند. آنها صرفاً برای استفاده به عنوان ابزار چانه زنی در مذاکرات رژیم اسلامی با دولت های اتحادیه اروپا دستگیر شده اند. در حالی که این زندانیان به عنوان گروگان نگهداری می شوند، کمیته روابط خارجی دولت بلژیک با بی شرمی موافقت اولیه را با معاهده مبادله زندانیان با رژیم اسلامی در تاریخ ۶ ژوئیه ۲۰۲۲ صادر کرد. این معاهده قرار است توسط اعضای پارلمان بلژیک روز پنجشنبه چهاردهم جولای به رای گذاشته شود. این معاهده اقدامی نگران کننده و خطرناک بوده و عملا سایر دولت های اروپایی را تشویق میکند که همین کار را کرده و تروریست ها و عاملان خطرناکی که توسط رژیم اسلامی و سپاه پاسداران آموزش دیده و فرستاده شده اند را آزاد کنند. ما از پارلمان بلژیک می خواهیم که معاهده مبادله زندانیان را تایید نکند.
رژیم اسلامی به دولت بلژیک فشار می آورد تا اسدالله اسدی را آزاد کند و دولت بلژیک تسلیم فشارها شده است. اسدی دیپلمات رژیم است که در سال ۲۰۲۱ در دادگاه بلژیک به دلیل طراحی بمب گذاری در سال ۲۰۱۸ به ۲۰ سال زندان محکوم شد. او در حال حاضر در زندان بلژیک به سر می برد. این معاهده راه را برای آزادی اسدی و دیگر اعضای تیم تروریستی رژیم اسلامی که در خارج از ایران مرتکب آدم‌ربایی و تروریسم شدند و همچنین کسانی مانند حمید نوری که در زندان سوید بوده و در ایران مرتکب جنایت علیه بشریت شدند ، هموار میکند.
ادعا می شود که معاهده مبادله زندانیان بین بلژیک و رژیم اسلامی به آزادی زندانیان دوتابعیتی و سایر شهروندان کشورهای دیگر در ایران در ایران کمک می کند. این ادعایی نادرست و ساختگی است. شهروندان کشورهای دیگر و دوتابعیتی ها زندانی در ایران به عنوان گروگان در زندان نگهداری شدند. این زندانیان از جمله : امدادگر بلژیکی اولیویه واندکاستیل، استاد دانشگاه سوئدی-ایرانی احمدرضا جلالی، اعضای اتحادیه کارگری فرانسوی، سیسیل کوهلر و ژاک پاریس، زندانیان انگلیسی-ایرانی مهران رئوف و مراد طاهباز، زندانیان آلمانی- ایرانیان ناهید تقوی و جمشید شارمهد باید فورا آزاد شوند. اما آزادی این زندانیان تنها با فشار بر رژیم اسلامی محقق می شود. این معاهده حملات تروریستی رژیم، جاسوسی در میان مخالفان رژیم و گروگانگیری توسط رژیم اسلامی را تسهیل و امکان پذیر می سازد. رژیم دریافته است که با گروگان گرفتن شهروندان غیر ایرانی و افراد دوتابعیتی می تواند اهرم فشار خود را علیه غرب افزایش دهد. در سال ۲۰۲۰، رژیم، کایلی مور-گیلبرت، آکادمیک بریتانیایی-استرالیایی را در یک «مبادله زندانیان» در ازای سه تن از تروریست های رژیم در تایلند، که دو تن از آنها در ارتباط با توطئه بمب گذاری بانکوک در سال ۲۰۱۲ محکوم شده بودند، آزاد کرد. در سال ۲۰۲۱، دو زندانی ایرانی-بریتانیایی به نام‌های نازنین زاغری رتکلیف و انوشه آشوری در ازای پرداخت ۴۰۰ میلیون پوند آزاد شدند.
رژیم به گروگانگیری ادامه داده و خواهد کرد و تنها راه متوقف کردن آنها رد خواسته های آنها، قطع روابط سیاسی و تحریم بین المللی رژیم است. به یک رژیم دیکتاتور نباید مشروعیت داد ، باید بایکوت کرد و تحت فشار آورد.
رژیم اسلامی در داخل و خارج ایران در یک بحران جدی است. در نتیجه با ترور اعضای گروه‌های مخالف، ربودن اتباع خارجی و دوتابعیتی و جاسوسی از مخالفان در داخل و خارج از ایران و همچنین ایجاد و حمایت از گروه‌های تروریستی در کشورهای همسایه رژیم تلاش میکند تا زنده بماند. در داخل ایران، سپاه و سایر نهادها مردم را سرکوب می کنند و از هر فرصتی برای آزار، بازداشت، شکنجه و اعدام معترضان استفاده می کنند. صدها فعال حقوق بشر از جمله معلمان، کارگران، هنرمندان، وکلا، فعالان حقوق زنان، LGBTQ، اقلیت های قومی و مذهبی، دانش آموزان و کشاورزان که برای مطالبه حقوق اولیه خود تظاهرات می کنند، روزانه مورد آزار و اذیت و آزار، دستگیری، شکنجه، زندان و زندان قرار گرفته اند. برخی حتی اعدام شده اند. میزان اعدام‌ها در ایران در نیمه اول سال ۲۰۲۲ بیش از دو برابر شده است. این رژیم تروریستی است که دولت بلژیک می‌خواهد با او معاهده مبادله زندان را امضا کند.
با وجود همه سرکوب ها و وحشی گری های رژیم اسلامی در ایران، مردم در ایران به اعتراضات روزانه خود علیه رژیم ادامه داده اند. معاهده مبادله زندانیان بین بلژیک و رژیم اسلامی تنها فعالیت های تروریستی و گروگان گیری رژیم اسلامی را مشروعیت بخشیده و تسهیل می کند. این معاهده سیلی بر صورت میلیون ها ایرانی است که به دلیل اعتراض یا حتی تلاش برای ابراز عقیده و مخالفت خود با نظام اسلامی دستگیر، شکنجه، زندانی و اعدام شده اند.
گروگان گیری رژیم اسلامی باید متوقف شود و دولت های غربی می توانند این کار را انجام دهند. دولت های اروپایی و سران آنها می توانند این کار را با اعمال فشار جمعی و بین المللی بر رژیم، قطع روابط سیاسی و اولویت دادن به آزادی دو تابعیتی انجام دهند. دولت‌های اروپایی باید به جای اولویت دادن به دستاوردهای اقتصادی و یا سیاسی خود در توافقات و روابط با رژیم اسلامی، حقوق مردم را در اولویت قرار دهد. معاهده مبادله زندانیان بلژیک فقط می تواند گروگانگیری و تروریسم توسط رژیم اسلامی را مشروعیت بخشد و افزایش دهد. شما باید این معامله را محکوم کنید و بر دولت بلژیک فشار بیاورید تا چنین معاهده بی شرمانه ای را تصویب نکند.

The Belgium treaty with the Islamic regime in Iran for prisoner-swap is colluding with, legitimising, and encouraging hostage-taking by a terrorist regime!
We call on all concerned individuals and organisations to urgently put pressure on the Belgian government to abandon its proposed plan to approve the so-called prisoner-swap treaty with the Islamic regime in Iran.
EU governments and parliaments, including Belgium, must stop ratifying policies and agreements to legitimise state-sponsored hostage-taking and terrorism by the Islamic regime
Tens of foreign and dual nationals, including citizens of Belgium, have been detained, tortured, and imprisoned by the Islamic regime in Iran. They have been arrested solely to be used as bargaining chips in the Islamic regime’s negotiations with the EU governments. While these prisoners are kept as hostages, the Foreign Relations Committee of the Belgian government shamelessly gave the initial approval to the treaty of prisoner-swap with the Islamic regime on 6th July 2022. The treaty is due to be voted on by the members of the Belgian parliament on 14th July 2022. This treaty is setting an alarming and dangerous precedent for other EU governments to do the same and release dangerous terrorists and perpetrators trained and sent by the Islamic regime and its IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps). We urge the Belgium parliament not to approve the prisoner-swap treaty.
The Islamic regime has been pressuring the Belgian government to release Assadollah Assadi and the Belgian government has succumbed to the pressure. Asadi is the regime’s diplomat who was sentenced to 20 years in prison in a Belgian court in 2021 for a foiled 2018 bomb plot. He is currently in prison in Belgium. This treaty is paving the way to release Asadi and other members of the Islamic regime’s terrorism squad, who planned and carried out kidnapping and terrorism outside Iran as well as those who committed crimes against humanity in Iran such as Hamid Nouri who is currently in prison in Sweden awaiting sentencing.
The prisoner swap treaty between Belgium and the Islamic regime is claimed to help release jailed foreign and dual-nationals in Iran. This is an untrue and bogus claim. All jailed foreign and dual nationals were held in prison in Iran as hostages, including the Belgian aid worker Olivier Vandecasteele, Swedish-Iranian academic Ahmadreza Djalali, French trade unionists Cécile Kohler and Jacques Paris, British-Iranians Mehran Raoof and Morad Tahbaz, German- Iranians Nahid Taghavi and Jamshid Sharmahd, must be freed immediately. However, this can only be achieved by pressuring the Islamic regime. This treaty facilitates and enables further terrorist attacks, spying on dissidents, and hostage-taking by the agents of the Islamic regime, knowing they will be released, if caught. The regime has learned that holding foreigners and dual nationals as hostages could increase its political leverage against the West. In 2020, the regime released the British-Australian academic, Kylie Moore-Gilbert, in a ’prisoner swap’ in exchange for three of the regime’s terrorists in Thailand, two of whom had been convicted in connection with the 2012 Bangkok bomb plot. In 2021, two Jailed British–Iranian, Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe and Anoosheh Ashoori were released in exchange for £۴۰۰ million.
The regime has been and will continue to take hostages and the only way to stop them is by not complying with their demands, breaking political ties, and internationally boycotting the regime. A dictator regime must be pressured and boycotted, instead of being legitimised by states such as Belgium.
The Islamic regime is in a serious crisis inside and outside Iran. As a result, it is trying to survive by assassinating members of opposition groups, kidnapping foreign and dual nationals, and spying on dissidents inside and outside Iran as well as creating and supporting terrorist groups in Iran’s neighbouring countries. Inside Iran, the IRGC and other institutions are suppressing Iranians and using any opportunity to harass, detain, torture, and execute protestors. Hundreds of rights activists including teachers, workers, artists, lawyers, women’s rights activists, LGBTQ, ethnic and religious minorities, students, and farmers, who protest to demand their basic rights, have been harassed and abused daily, arrested, tortured, imprisoned and some have even been executed. The rate of executions in Iran has more than doubled in the first half of 2022. This is the kind of terrorist regime the Belgian government wants to succumb to by wishing to sign a prison-swap treaty.
Despite all the suppression and brutalities by the Islamic regime in Iran, people in Iran have continued their daily protests against the regime. The prisoner-swap treaty between Belgium and the Islamic regime only legitimises and facilities further terrorist activities and hostage-taking by the Islamic regime. This treaty is a slap on the face of millions of Iranian who have been arrested, tortured, imprisoned, and executed for protesting or even attempting to express their views and to show their opposition to the Islamic regime.
The hostage-taking of the Islamic regime must be stopped and the EU governments can do this. The EU governments and their heads of state can do this by applying collective and international pressure on the regime, breaking political ties, and prioritising the release of dual nationals. The EU government must prioritise human rights instead of prioritising their own economic and or political gains, agreements, and ties with the Islamic regime. The prisoner-swap treaty of Belgium can only legitimise and increases the hostage-taking and terrorism by the Islamic regime. You must condemn this deal and put pressure on the Belgian government to not ratify such a shameless treaty.
