کمپین “نجات جمشید شارمهد” برای نجات جان شهروند آلمانی، جمشید شارمهد که در ایران زندانی است، نامه ای به آنالنا بائربوک، وزیر امور خارجه آلمان ارسال کرد.

ما با نگرانی تمام از شما میخواهیم که کمک کنید جان یک انسان را نجات دهیم. زندگی شهروند آلمانی جمشید شارمهد، که ١٨ ماه قبل از طرف حکومت اسلامی ایران به گروگان گرفته شده ، در خطر جدی است!

جمشید شارمهد در ماه اوت ٢٠٢٠ برای سفر به هندوستان ، یک توقف سه روزه درفرودگاه دبی داشت.

از آنجا ارتباط او با خانواده اش قطع شد.خانواده او چند روز بعد، از طریق رسانه های حکومتی ایران، اطلاع یافتند که آقای شارمهد از طرف نیروهای امنیتی حکومت اسلامی دزدیده و به ایران منتقل شده است.

جمشید شارمهد یک فعال سیاسی است، که حکومت اسلامی ایران را همواره مورد نقد قرار داده است.

طبق اطلاعات دختر ایشان غزاله شارمهد، پدر او ۵۵۵ روز در سلول انفرادی بوده و در آن مدت نتوانسته با خانواده و اقوام خود در ایران و همچنین وکیل مستقل خود ارتباطی داشته باشد.

روز شنبه ۵ ماه فوریه رسانه های حکومتی در ایران گزارش دادند که یک دادگاه روز بعد یعنی روز ششم فوریه در تهران آغاز بکار خواهد کرد.

خانواده مجددا فقط از طریق رسانه های حکومتی از دادگاه و نحوه پیشبرد آن مطلع شدند.

روز ۶ فوریه دادگاهی علیه جمشید شارمهد شروع شد، که آنرا میتوان یک نمایش سیاسی نام نهاد که بخش هایی از آن نیز از رسانه های رسمی حکومتی پخش شد.

خانواده جمشید شارمهد بسیار نگران هستند: “جمشید بسیار لاغر شده و به نوعی ” اصلا خود او نبود.” اودر دادگاه انقلاب شعبه ١۵ زیر نظر قاضی صلواتی، معروف به “قاضی مرگ” محاکمه میشود. اتهام او اینست “فساد فی الارض” که در سیستم قضایی قرون وسطایی حکومت اسلامی ایران به معنی محکومیت فرد به اعدام است.

قاضی صلواتی در عین حال بعنوان فردی که خود برای انجام احکام اعدام دوندگی میکند و افراد را به چوبه دار می سپارد، معروف است. آخرین قربانی روح اله زم بود. زم خبرنگاری بود که او هم دزدیده شد و در دسامبر ٢٠٢٠ اعدام شد.

از نظر ما فوق العاده مهم است که دولت آلمان فورا عکس العمل نشان دهد، تا مانع اجرای حکم اعدام و قتل عمد و سازمان یافته از طرف حکومت اسلامی در مورد آقای شارمهد شویم.

ما اعلام میکنیم که این موضوع باید بسیار مهم تلقی شده و یک گروه بحران در وزارت امور خارجه تشکیل بشود و دولت آلمان همه امکانات سیاسی و دیپلماتیک خود را بکار بگیرد ، تا حکومت اسلامی ایران را زیر فشار بگذارد.

یک محکومیت کلی و عمومی مجازات اعدام و یا یک فراخوان که به حقوق بشر احترام بگذارید، ابدا کافی نیست! ما از شما میخواهیم فورا اقدامات جدی و مستمر و موثر برای نجات جان شهروند ۶۶ ساله آلمانی و نجات خانواده اش از این اقدام وحشتناک، در دستور بگذارید.

Jamshid Sharmahd, 66, German-Iranian citizen was kidnaped by the Islamci regime in 2020 while in transit in Dubai and now he is in prison in Iran. He appeared in court in Tehran earlier in February 2022 being charged with “spreading corruption on earth” which carries the death penalty.

The following letter was sent to Germany’s Federal Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock on 11/02/2022.

The “Save Jamshid Sharmahd” campaign addressed a letter to Federal Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock to save the life of German citizen Jamshid Sharmahd, who was imprisoned in Iran:

Dear Minister Annalena Baerbock,

we are reaching out to you in desperation and asking you to save a human life. The life of German citizen Jamshid Sharmahd, who has been held hostage by the Islamic Republic of Iran for 18 months, is in grave danger.

Jamshid Sharmahd had to make a three-day stopover at Dubai Airport in August 2020 on a trip from Germany to India. There he lost contact with his family. The family learned a few days later through Iranian state media that Mr. Sharmahd had been kidnapped by the Islamic Republic’s secret service and taken to Iran.

Jamshid Sharmahd is a political activist who has consistently criticized the Islamic Republic of Iran. According to his daughter, Gazelle Sharmahd, her father has been in solitary confinement for 555 days and has not been able to contact his family, nor has he had access to an independent lawyer or contact with family and relatives in Iran.

On Saturday, February 5, Iranian state media reported that his trial would begin the following day. The family found out about the trial again only through the media. On February 6, Jamshid Sharmahd’s trial began, which must be judged a political show trial as it is partially broadcast in the Iranian state media.

The family is extremely concerned: Jamshid Sharmahd is severely emaciated and “not himself anymore”. He is before the Revolutionary Court 15, which is presided over by Judge Abolqasem Salavati, notorious as the “death judge”. The charge is “corruption on earth,” which means the death penalty in the medieval legal system of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Judge Salavati is known to impose the death penalty. The last victim was Ruhollah Zam. Journalist Zam was also kidnapped to Iran and hanged there in December 2020.

It is of the utmost importance that the federal government act immediately to prevent the planned state assassination of Mr Sharmahd. We urge that the matter be given top priority, that a crisis management team be set up, and that the German government exhaust all political and diplomatic avenues to put pressure on the Islamic Republic of Iran. A general condemnation of the death penalty and a call to respect human rights are not enough. We urge you to take immediate, serious and sustained action to save the life of the 66-year-old German citizen and his family from this horrific act.
