در هفته اول مرداد ماه چهار نفر از پیشمرگان حزب کومله در منطقه سوما از توابع ارومیه به نام‌های، محسن معروفی، پژمان فاتحی، هژیر فرامرزی و وفا آذربار توسط نیروهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی بازداشت شدند. بدنبال آن در تاریخ پنجم مرداد وزارت اطلاعات جمهوری اسلامی اعلام کرده است که این چهار نفر اعضای یک تیم “تروریستی” هستند که از سوی موساد اسرائیل برای انفجار و خرابکاری به ایران اعزام شده اند. جمهوری اسلامی با منتسب کردن این پیشمرگان به اسراییل و پرونده سازی های جعلی و دروغین می خواهد زمینه اعدام و یا صدور احکام سنگین زندان را علیه آنها آماده سازد. قدر مسلم پیشمرگان دستگیر شده هم اکنون در زندانهای جمهوری تحت شکنجه های جسمی و روحی برای گرفتن اعترافات اجباری هستند .
این تهاجمی برای امنیتی کردن هر چه بیشتر فصای اعتراضی در کل جامعه و بویژه در کردستان است. حکومت مدعی است “تجیهزات انفجاری” دستگیر شدگان از طریق کولبران به ایران وارد شده است. این پرونده سازی وقیحانه علیه محرومترین و زحمتکش ترین بخش مردم کردستان نشان میدهد که رژیم در خیال انست که علیه کل مردم کردستان شمشیر بکشد. کولبران همیشه آماج شدید ترین نسرکوبگریها و ترور و کشتار از جانب نیروهای مسلح حکومت بوده اند . اکنون حکوت در صدد تعرض تازه ای به این بخش محروم و زحمتکش طبقه کارگر است. باید قاطعانه در برابر این سیاست جنایتکارانه حکومت ایستاد.
ما سه نهاد کمیته بین المللی علیه اعدام، کمیته مبارزه برای آزادی زندانیان سیاسی و کمپین برای آزادی کارگران زندانی دستگیری و بازداشت چهار پیشمرگه نامبرده سناریوی جنایتکارانه ساختگی علیه آنان و علیه کولبران توسط جمهوری اسلامی را شدیدا محکوم کرده و خواهان آزادی فوری و بدون قید و شرط بازداشت شدگان هستیم.
ما به جمهوری اسلامی اجازه نخواهیم داد که با این ترفندها به امنیتی کردن بیشتر جامعه بپردازد و جان چهار زندانی سیاسی را وثیقه پیشبرد سیاستهای سرکوبگرانه و ضد انسانی خود قرار دهد. ما همگان را فرامیخوانیم که علیه سناریو سازی های امنیتی رژیم اسلامی قاطعانه بایستند و ضمن محکومیت شدید دستگیری این چهار نفر خواهان آزادی فوری آنها شوند.
ما با تمام قوا با کارزاری مشترک مقابل این سیاست جنایتکارانه حکومت می ایستیم و تلاش میکنیم که صدای اعتراض این پیشمرگان و صدای تمامی زندانیان سیاسی را جهانی کنیم. ما همگان را فرا میخوانیم که در اعتراض به این دستگیریها و سرکوبگریهای حکومت و برای آزادی فوری پیشمرگان بازداشتی دست به کار شوند. خصوصا از مردم کردستان و مردم در شهرهایی چون مهاباد، دهگلان، بوکان و کامیاران که پیشمرگان بازداشتی از اهالی آن مناطق هستند انتظار است که در کنار خانواده های آنان برای آزادی این افراد تلاش کنند.
در این راستا ما اعلام میکنیم که در روز ۱۳ اوت و روزهای نزدیک به آن در کشورهای مختلف در خارج کشور آکسیونهایی برپا خواهیم کرد و همه ایرانیانی که در خارج کشور هستند را به پیوستن به این آکسیونها و اقدامات لازم برای آزادی آنان فرا میخوانیم. چهار پیشمرگ بازداشتی محسن معروفی ، پژمان فاتحی ، هژیر فرامرزی و وفا آذربار باید فورا و بدون قید و شرط آزاد شوند.

The four captured peshmerga must be released immediately
A crime is being committed by the Islamic regime of Iran

In mid-July this year, four Peshmerga members of an opposition organisation, Komala Party of Iranian Kurdisatn, were arrested by the security forces of the Islamic regime of Iran. Their names are Mohsen Maroufi, Pejman Fatehi, Hajir Faramarezi and Wafa Azar.Following that, on July 27th the Ministry of intelligence of the Islamic regime announced that these four activists are members of a “terrorist” team sent to Iran by Israeli intelligent organisation, Mossad, to carry out explosions and sabotage.
This sort of fabricating cases against the political prisoners is very usual by this regime. Cooperating and Communication with Israel is the biggest crime, according to the Islamic government, and the punishment for it can be death. Now by linking these activists to Mossad and creating fake and false cases against them, the Islamic regime wants to prepare the ground for their execution or issuing heavy prison sentences against them.
Without any doubt, these arrestees are under severe pressure and torture for forced confessions against themselves.The regime is trying to, more and more securitize Kurdistan and the entire Iranian society by these well-known methods.
Another noteworthy point is that the government claims that the “explosive devices” of those arrested were imported into Iran through Koolbars, who are the most deprived part of the society, and usually import goods by carrying them on their backs and earn a small income in this way. They have always been the target of the most intense terror attacks and assassinations by the border guards and armed forces of the government. Now the regime is planning a new attack on this deprived and hard working part of the working class. This brazen filings against the most disadvantaged and hardworking section of the people of Kurdistan, in the same time shows that the regime is planning to draw a sword against the entire people of Kurdistan. We must firmly stand against this criminal policy.
We three organisation, International Committee against Execution (ICAE), Campaign to Free Political Prisoners in Iran (CFPPI), and Free Them Now, Campaign to free jailed workers in Iran (FTN); strongly condemn the arrest and detention of the four activists, the fabricated criminal scenario against them by the Islamic regime, and demand their immediate and unconditional release.
We should not, and will not allow the Islamic regime to make the society more securitized with these plots and use the lives of four political prisoners as a tool for the advancement of its repressive and anti-human policies.
We call on everyone to stand firmly against the Islamic regime’s repressive and security scenarios and while strongly condemning the arrest of these four activists in any way possible, demand their immediate release.
