رژیم اسلامی ایران را به دلیل جنایت علیه زنان تحریم کنید
یک هنرمند و نویسنده ۲۸ ساله ایرانی به اتهام مخالفت با حجاب بازداشت شد. او شکنجه و وادار به اعتراف تلویزیونی شد
سپیده رشنو، هنرمند و نویسنده ۲۸ ساله ایرانی به دلیل برداشتن حجابش در اتوبوس و صحبت علیه حجاب بازداشت شد. او ابتدا به یکی از بازداشتگاه‌های سپاه پاسداران منتقل شد و مجبور به «اعتراف» تلویزیونی شد. شکنجه زندانیان برای اعتراف اجباری روش رایجی است که رژیم در ایران برای وادار کردن زندانیان به اعترافات دروغین استفاده می کند تا آنها را به زندان یا حتی اعدام محکوم کند. سپیده در حال حاضر در بازداشتگاه نامعلومی به سر می برد و از ملاقات با خانواده و یا حق داشتن وکیل محروم است.
اگرچه زنان در ۴۳ سال گذشته در ایران از حجاب اجباری سرپیچی کرده اند، اما اعتراضات اخیر علیه حجاب از زمانی آغاز شد که رژیم اسلامی در ژوئیه ۲۰۲۲ “روز ملی حجاب و عفاف” را اعلام کرد. گشت ارشاد رژیم اسلامی شروع به آزار و اذیت و دستگیری زنان معترض به حجاب در خیابان کرد. ویدئوهای متعددی از زنانی که هنگام راه رفتن در خیابان‌های شهرهای مختلف ایران حجاب شان را برداشته بودند در شبکه‌های اجتماعی منتشر شد. رژیم دست به سرکوب این معترضان زد، ده ها زن را دستگیر کرده و آنها را به “رفتار غیر اخلاقی” متهم کرده است. برخی از این زنان در برابر دستگیری مقاومت کردند و به طرز وحشیانه ای توسط مامورین گشت ارشاد از خیابان به زور به داخل ماشین پلیس برده شدند. ده‌ها زن بازداشت شده‌اند که از جمله آنها می‌توان به سپیده رشنو، ملیکا قراگوزلو، دانشجوی دانشگاه، سوری بابایی چگینی فعال حقوق مدنی و نازی زندیه، دانشجوی دانشگاه اشاره کرد.
احمد وحیدی، وزیر کشور رژیم، زنان را تهدید کرد که یگان ویژه حکومت با کسانی که «قانون شکنی» می کنند برخورد خواهد کرد. این بدان معناست که آنها دستگیر، شکنجه و حتی اعدام خواهند شد. ابراهیم رئیسی، رئیس جمهوری اسلامی، علناً از گشت ارشاد و خشونت علیه زنان در ایران تمجید کرده و حتی هشدار داده است که خشونت رژیم علیه زنان بدتر خواهد شد. در طول ۴۳ سال گذشته، صدها هزار زن به دلیل مخالفت با حجاب دستگیر شده اند.
زنان در ایران به مدت ۴۳ سال مورد سرکوب و تبعیض رژیم اسلامی در ایران بوده‌اند. در طول بیش از چهار دهه گذشته، زن ستیزی، آپارتاید جنسیتی و خشونت علیه زنان توسط رژیم اسلامی به طور سیستماتیک و قانونی بوده است. حقوق اولیه زنان هر روز توسط رژیم ایران مورد حمله خشونت آمیز قرار گرفته است. کسانی که جرات مخالفت با تبعیض را دارند مورد آزار و اذیت، دستگیری، زندان، شکنجه و حتی اعدام قرار می گیرند. علیرغم تمام سرکوب های وحشیانه و مستمر حقوق زنان توسط رژیم در ایران، زنان تسلیم نشده اند و به طور خستگی ناپذیر و پیوسته برای حقوق خود مبارزه کرده اند. بسیاری از مدافعان حقوق زنان در حال حاضر در زندان هستند و مورد شکنجه جسمی و روانی، آزار جنسی و حتی تجاوز جنسی قرار می‌گیرند. این زنان از درمان پزشکی، و در بستری مواقع داشتن وکیل و ملاقات خانواده محروم هستند.
اتحادیه اروپا، سازمان ملل و دولت‌ها در سراسر جهان نباید چشم خود را بر وضعیت فعالان حقوق زنان زندانی در ایران ببندند. هرگونه مذاکره با رژیم اسلامی ایران چه بر سر برنامه هسته ای و چه هر مذاکره دیگری باید شامل فشار بر رژیم اسلامی ایران برای برآوردن خواسته های زیر باشد:
– سرکوب اعتراضات در ایران را متوقف کنید
– تمام فعالان حقوق زنان ، از جمله بازداشت شدگان اخیر مخالف حجاب، باید آزاد شوند و اتهامات باید فورا و بدون قید و شرط لغو شود.
– نمایندگان رژیم اسلامی باید از کمیسیون سازمان ملل متحد در مورد وضعیت زنان اخراج شوند. جای سوال است که سازمان ملل اجازه داده و تایید کرده است که رژیم اسلامی ایران در این کمیسیون قرار گیرد. این پذیرش رسمی از سوی سازمان ملل در حالی صورت می‌گیرد که شواهد شناخته شده و مستندی وجود دارد مبنی بر آپارتاید جنسیتی، جنایت علیه زنان، قوانین زن ستیز و سرکوب زنان که به مدت ۴۳ سال توسط رژیم اسلامی ایران تحمیل شده است.

Boycott the Islamic regime in Iran for crimes against women
A 28-year-old Iranian artist & writer was arrested for opposing Hijab. She was tortured and forced into making televised ‘confessions’
Statement
Sepideh Rashno, a 28-year-old Iranian artist & writer, was arrested for not wearing Hijab on the bus and speaking out against Hijab. She was initially taken to one of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) detention centres and was forced to do a televised ‘confession’. Torturing prisoners to do forced confession is a common method used by the regime in Iran to force prisoners to make false confessions so they can sentence them to jail or even execution. Sepideh is currently in an unknown detention centre and deprived of family visits or legal representatives.
Although women have been defying the compulsory Hijab for the last 43 years in Iran, the recent protests against Hijab started when the Islamic regime recently announced the “National Day of Hijab and Chastity” in July 2022. The ‘Moral Police’ of the Islamic regime started harassing and arresting women who were protesting against Hijab and removing their veils on the street. Numerous videos of women, who were removing their veils while walking on the streets of different cities across Iran, were published on social media. The regime has started a crackdown on these protesters, arrested tens of women, and accused them of “immoral behaviour”. Some of these women resisted being arrested and were brutally dragged across the street and forced into the police car by the “morality police”. Tens of women have been arrested, and among them are Sepideh Rashno, Melika Qaragozlu, a university student, Soori Babaie Chegini, a civil rights activist, and Nazi Zandieh a university student.
The regime’s Interior Minister, Ahmad Vahidi, threatened women that the government’s Special Unit will deal with those who are “breaking rules”. This means they will be arrested, tortured, and even executed. Ebrahim Raisi, the president of the Islamic regime, has publicly praised the “morality police” and the brutality and violence against women in Iran and even warned that the regime’s violence against women would get worse. During the last 43 years, hundreds of thousands of women have been arrested for opposing the Hijab law.
Women in Iran have been subjected to suppression and discrimination by the Islamic regime in Iran for 43 years. Over the last four decades, misogyny, gender apartheid, and violence against women have been systematic and legalised by the Islamic regime. Women’s basic rights have been violently attacked daily by the regime in Iran. Those who dare to oppose discrimination are harassed, arrested, imprisoned, tortured, and even executed. Despite all the brutal and consistent crackdowns on women’s rights by the authorities in Iran, women have not given up and rather have tirelessly and continuously been fighting for their rights. Many women’s rights defenders are currently in prison and are being physically and psychologically tortured, sexually harassed, and even raped. They are deprived of medical treatment, having a legal representative, and a visit from their families.
The EU, UN, and governments around the world must not turn a blind eye to the situation of imprisoned women’s rights activists in Iran. Any negotiation with the Islamic regime in Iran, either over the nuclear program, or any other negotiations, must include the pressure on the Islamic regime in Iran to meet the following demands prior to any agreement:
۱. Stop the crackdown on the protests in Iran
۲. All jailed women’s rights activists, including the recent detainees who opposed Hijab, must be released and the charges must be dropped immediately and unconditionally.
۳. The representatives of the Islamic regime must be expelled from the UN Commission on the Status of Women (CSW). This is ironic that the UN has allowed and approved the Islamic regime in Iran to be included in this commission. This official acceptance by the UN is despite well-known and well-documented evidence of gender apartheid, crime against women, misogynist laws, and suppression of women imposed for 43 years by the Islamic regime in Iran.
