سازمان ملل بنا بر مأموریت و مسئولیت هایی که پذیرفته و نامی که برخود نهاده است می باید در خدمت تمامی مردم، به ویژه ملت های کم قدرت و پیرامونی جهان باشد. اما در کمال تأسف مشاهده می شود که سازمان ملل توان ایستادگی در برابر حق ناعادلانه «وتو» که در انحصار و اختیار پنج کشور قدرتمند و طرفدار جنگ قرار داده شده است را ندارد. اکنون مردم جهان در دوران چالش برانگیز و بسیار نگران کننده‌ای به سر می برند. آمار پر شمار کشته شدگان غیر نظامی، کارمندان سازمان ملل، خبرنگاران، پزشکان و امدادگران طی این یک ماه گذشته به دست ارتش اسراییل در تاریخ جنگ های یکصد سال اخیر بی سابقه است. چنین کشتار بی رحمانه و سبعانه ای بی تردید جنگ علیه بشریت است. عالیجناب ما چگونه به کودکان و جوانان مان توضیح دهیم که سازمان ملل توان متوقف کردن جنگی که به گفته جنابعالی جنایت علیه بشریت است را ندارد. ما تردید نداریم دولت اسراییل با کمک های تسلیحاتی و پشتیبانی های سیاسی آمریکا و دولت های اروپایی، بی اعتنا به آتش خشم و نفرت ملت های جهان علیه جنگ و آپارتاید؛ بی پروا مقدمات جنگ های وسیع تر در منطقه و جهان را تدارک می بیند. آقای دبیر کل ما نیز همچون شما باور داریم؛ هیچ یک از طرفین جنگ، بالاتر از قوانین بین المللی بشردوستانه نیستند. از این رو مصرانه از شما می خواهیم، به حکم وجدان بشری و مسئولیت انسانی تمامی ظرفیت های سازمان ملل را برای خاموش کردن آتش این جنگ خانمانسوز به کار گیرید.
جناب دبیر کل افکار عمومی مردم جهان خواهان آتش‌بس فوری و قطع جنگ غزه است. به اتکا نیروی عظیم افکار عمومی صلح خواهان دنیا زمینه های مناسب جهت رفع موانع و برچیده شدن محاصره جهت ارسال کمک های دارویی و غذایی به مردم جنگ زده و ستمدیده غزه را فراهم سازید.
جناب دبیرکل! اعتماد مردم جهان به سازمان ملل به عنوان نهاد حافظ صلح و امنیت جهان بطور جدی مورد خدشه قرار گرفته است . با پایان دادن جنگ و رفع محاصره غزه و خاتمه کشتار؛ اعتماد از دست رفته را ترمیم و بازسازی نمایید.

In accordance with the mission and responsibilities it has embraced and its avowed commitment to serving all humanity, particularly the less powerful and marginalized nations of the world, the United Nations should ideally function as a steadfast advocate for justice. Regrettably, it is apparent that the United Nations lacks the ability to counteract the unjust exercise of the “veto” privilege held exclusively by five powerful and pro-war nations.
Presently, the global community finds itself amidst challenging and deeply troubling times. Thousands of lives are lost. The unprecedented killing of UN personnel, journalists, doctors, and aid workers at the hands of the Israeli army in the past month constitutes a grievous violation of humanitarian norms, undoubtedly amounting to a crime against humanity. Your Excellency, how can we elucidate to our children and youth that the United Nations appears powerless to halt a war that, by your own acknowledgment, is a crime against humanity?
We harbor no doubt that the Israeli government, bolstered by military aid and political backing from the United States and European governments, persists in its disregard for the global outcry against war and apartheid. Fearlessly, it readies itself for broader conflicts in the region and beyond. Mr. Secretary-General, akin to your belief, we assert that none of the warring parties are exempt from adherence to international humanitarian law. Therefore, we earnestly implore you, guided by human conscience and responsibility, to harness the full capacities of the United Nations worldwide to extinguish the flames of this war that ruthlessly consumes lives.
Mr. Secretary-General, the public opinion of the world urgently calls for a ceasefire and the cessation of hostilities in Gaza. Drawing on the formidable influence of the peace-loving global public, create a conducive environment to eliminate impediments and dismantle the blockade, facilitating the dispatch of medical and food assistance to the war-ravaged and oppressed people of Gaza.
Mr. Secretary-General, the trust of the global populace in the United Nations as an institution safeguarding world peace and security has been severely undermined. By bringing an end to the conflict, lifting the blockade on Gaza, and halting the bloodshed, you have the opportunity to restore and reconstruct the eroded trust.
