با ستایش از مقاومت دلیرانه ملت اوکراین، و پیروزی‌هایی که ارتش ملیاوکراین در پس راندن ارتش اشغالگر بدست آورده است، ما همدردی خودرا با مردم بیگناهی که در این تجاوز آشکار کشته می‌شوند اعلام می‌کنیم.
با کمال تاسف، این جنایت با همدستی حکومت ایران در حال انجام استو بخشی از مردم اوکراین با پهپادهای سپاه پاسداران، که اینک بنقل ازبرخی منابع مطلع تولید آنها به داخل روسیه منتقل شده آست، کشتهمی‌شوند؛ جنایاتی که وزیر خارجه دولت حاکم بر ایران هم پس از مدتیانکار، به آن اعتراف کرده است.
به شما اطمینان می‌دهیم که این پشتیبانی حکومت اسلامی از تجاوزارتش روسیه، به هیچ وجه مورد تایید مردم ایران نیست؛ مردمی که تحتستم یک حکومت نامشروع‌اند، به ویژه نسل جوانش که برای کسب آزادی وبرخورداری از حقوق اولیه انسانی خود بپا خاسته‌اند.
جوانان ایرانی، با وجود همه دشواریهای مبارزه در داخل، از مقاومتدلیرانه مردم و ارتش اوکراین بی‌خبر نیستند و از راهها و زبان‌هایمختلف، از جمله در شبکه‌های اجتماعی، دخالت ماجراجویانه حکومتاسلامی را به شدت محکوم می‌کنند.
ملت ما، فاجعه غم‌انگیز هدف قرار دادن موشکی هواپیمای اوکراینی را ازیاد نمی‌برند و به امید روزی هستند که آمران و عاملان این جنایت وحشیانهرا در یک دادگاه بین المللی، پشت میز محاکمه عادلانه ببینند.
جناب آقای رییس جمهور!
مردم ما این روزها عزادار قربانیان خود و به ویژه کودکانی هستند که باگلوله‌های سرکوبگران در خیابان‌های ایران کشته می‌شوند اما قربانیانتجاوز حاکمان روسیه و ایران به اوکراین را از باد نمی‌برند. امیدواریم ایناحساس همدردی را از سوی ما به آگاهی مردم خود برسانید تا مباداهیچکس جنایت‌های رژیم نامشروع حاکم بر ایران را به حساب مردم ایرانننویسد.
به امید پیروزی مردم اوکراین و ایران

An Approximate translation of a letter dated 25 November2022, addressed to His Excellency Volodymyr Zelensky, ThePresident of Ukraine.
Mr. President,
Praising the courageous stand of the people of Ukraine andthe success that your national armed forces have achieved inrepelling the occupying army, we wish to extend our fullsympathy and solidarity to all the innocent victims of thisblatant aggression.
It is unfortunate that this crime is being carried out with thecomplicity of the Iranian government and that some of yourpopulation have been subjected to attacks by deadly dronesthat have been supplied by the Iranian Revolutionary GuardsCorp (IRGC) – something that after initial denials, the Islamicforeign minister has now finally acknowledged. According toreliable sources, it appears that to conceal their inhumancomplicity in this affair, the Islamic regime has nowtransferred the facilities for the production of these dronesinto mainland Russia itself.
We wish to assure Your Excellency that under nocircumstances, the support provided by the Islamicgovernment for the various acts of aggression committed bythe Russian army, is in any shape or manner approved orvalidated by the people of Iran; people who are themselvesoppressed by a vicious and detested government, especially ata critical time when its younger generation, is intenselyengaged in a desperate battle for freedom and basic humanrights.
Despite all the difficulties that presently confront ourstruggling youths, they are all fully aware of the courageousresistance of your people and your military forces. Indeed, they have repeatedly condemned in the strongest of terms theunwarranted interventions of the Islamic governmentespecially by way of social media.
Moreover, our nation can never forget the terrible tragedy ofthe Ukrainian plane that was targeted by a missile fired by theIRGC and looks with much hope and anticipation for the daywhen the perpetrators of that heinous crime that wascommitted against defenceless people, many of whom werechildren of our own country, may face justice before a fair andunbiased international tribunal.
Mr. President!,
During these tumultuous days, our people have been engagedin mourning the victims of the widespread ongoing protests, especially that of the innocent children who have callouslybeen killed by of their brutal regime. Nonetheless, they are notoblivious to the suffering that has been incurred on the peopleof Ukraine resulting from acts of aggression perpetuated byRussia and at times with Iranian assistance.
It is, therefore, our hope that you will convey our sincere andheartfelt sentiments to your people, with the hope that no onein your country should ever associate the crimes committedby the hated Islamic regime in Iran with the peace-lovingpeople of our country.
We anxiously look forward to the day when ultimate victoryhas been achieved for the people of our two countries.
